It surprises me that people who lost a lot of weight are still unhappy. How is it that you went from 300lbs to 160 and still unhappy? Like damn is there hope for the rest of us?

It's because it's not about the weight, people just think it is. People truly believe that getting slimmer will just solve all of their problems, and it doesn't. Now am I saying that there aren't some true benefits like the way you're treated and the way society views your worth as a human when you're skinny versus when you're obese? No because society definitely treats you better when you're skinnier. But at the end of the day if you're not going to focus on self-reflection it doesn't matter.

Yes and no, everyone's life journey is different. As someone that was 300+ lbs and cut down to under 250 and still going...life can still be ass. Your physical health can improve alot but your mental health can still be compromised. Even if you reach your target weight you can still deal with issues like body image issues and other mental health problems. My default has been just vibing, but what of when the vibes aren't good?
