They told us to apply months before we graduate, but I’m finding out that’s not the same everywhere. Most health systems here expect you to apply before you graduate, but one won’t accept applications until afterwards. I graduate in a couple months and already had a residency lined up last month. I don’t start until end of Feb so plenty of time to prep for NCLEX and finally deep/ spring clean my house.
