Symptoms of POTS that I thought were just “me” things —- 1/? 1) needing to sit/lie down after showering 2) legs turning pink and splotchy during/after showering 3) discomfort sitting with my feet on the ground. Way more comfortable cross legged or ideally with one leg bent and knee up

Basically: bad temperature regulation! 6) Vague, inexplicable aversion to activities involving lots of standing. E.g. when on my couch, the idea of going to store X sounds great. But once I’m standing there, for no clear reason, feeling tired & wanting to leave.
