This is a great prompt: I would say both, one of my good friends @mostrolenk shared with me the importance of interweaving both psychological work and spiritual work, and that too much of one without the other can lead to undesirable results. Too much spiritual work without tending to the psychological can result in delusions of grandeur and romanticizing one’s pathologies. Too much psychological work with no spiritual work and one begins to worship their intellect and feel the empty/lost.
