I just deadlifted 115 lbs, new high for me!
About two months ago I did 105, barely, thought I might never pass that. but today I used 105 in one of my warmup sets, and my sets of 115 felt hard but definitely doable. Something something today’s impossible burden is tomorrow’s warmup set something something.
And now I need to buy more weights, I have maxed out my home set.
