Hey real estate agents - do you think the listing description really matters? Does it matter more in some price ranges maybe? (i.e., luxury) I'm a writer and believe that great writing is important, but I keep going back and forth on whether listing descriptions matter. Starting to feel like a bullet list of amenities/features would be better than well-written paragraphs of text. (If you're not a real estate agent and the algorithm shows this to you, do listing descriptions matter to YOU?)

To a buyer a well written and concise description can tell them to look at certain details that can be missed or not seen in photos (ev-charging, heated floors, or recent major improvements etc.) broker to broker I find them useful if they are well written.
5 小時內	debchakko	No, I don’t need to add “Sparkling” to the fact it has a pool. I don’t need to add “boasts”, “features” or other bs…. But I do because maybe someone out there needs to read it. I’m a little more down and dirty irl, I find so many flowery words a waste of time. But again, I do it.
