2/2 it has now come to a point where my over all health is starting to suffer and i have had a consultation with a surgeon for Roux-en-Y gastric bypass. If there enough people interested, i will share my unfiltered experiences; especially for those who are considering or need support? Thanks for reading this far; i am “gutted” (pun intended) that i have to take this step

I was always heavier than other girls in school, an embarrassment to my dad, and put on "diet pills" as young as 11 or 12. 18 months ago, my knee gave out and orthopedics refused to touch me until I lost substantial weight. After much consultation, I had the Roux NY in January '24. Since July '23, I have lost 127 lbs. I feel I've had an exceptionally easy time of it--compared to reading other stories.
