anyone use FORWARD as their health care provider? i’ve had them for about 4 years and they shut down operations overnight. this is one of the wildest TechStartup failures i’ve ever seen. 🥴 AI can be beneficial in so many use case scenarios but you still need humans. face to face interactions. their hyper emphasis on tech over people was a bad, bad move.
