I am being persuaded to join a program where I restrict food groups and eat way below maintenance (1,200-1,500?) for a month. TBH, I felt the pull. I thought about it. I want to lose all the excess weight already. I’ve been doing the sustainable route for a year now and only lost 10kg. Nothing special. Nothing “amazing”. Not fast at all.
