...tonight's dinner, fresh stripped bass pan seared in butter and evoo, over baby bella and sweet yellow pepper couscous, with some beautiful mixed garden greens and heirloom tomatoes.
picked up some amazing stripped bass from my local fishmonger. along with a small bag of mixed seasonal lettuces from my local farm stand with some delicious tomatoes, mushrooms and peppers
