I don’t mind it when I’m referring to my household.. or a group of autistic/adhd/audhd people.. I feel like the label “neuro spicy” as a group is pretty accurate cuz truth be told, with a group of us, you never know what you’re gonna get.. Such a wide variety of variants. Does that make sense? 😅 And I don’t want to 💩 on how it makes other NDs feel, but I don’t mind it. I am neuro spicy. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Having audhd is a constant struggle of both sides of my 🧠, so it always feels a bit spicy up there 🥴
