it's so embarrassing to grieve about someone who clearly doesn't care about you. it's so embarrassing to open up to your friends because they all warned you. it's so embarrassing to let people know that you're still hurting. i don't even know what to do. it's my fault. it's my responsibility but sometimes it just gets so heavy bro wtf.

5 小時內	t tienakt	despite how embarrassing it may feel, pls find room to give yourself credit for giving that person a chance—regardless of what others thought—and having the heart to care. being compassionate (to sadly the wrong people) and showing grief is never something to be ashamed of. if anything, just shows ur a hella strong person with a loving heart, which is incredible. went thru this EXACT feeling not long ago i was so lost. it’s rough now, but pls be patience with urself and thank urself for trying.

Eventually it was too much to take, relationships were ruining my academic success. I worked in myself and did therapy. I don't regret it for one second. I discovered my attachment style and worked hard to heal. Don't beat yourself up ❤️ what you're doing is extremely subconscious. You do what you grew to love growing up, whether it is toxic or not.
