I don’t get what point the “narcissist don’t know they are narcissist, so if u question urself if u’re one u’re not” argument is trying to make. Lots of people with disorders or mental illness will question themselves about whats wrong with them. Because yes as humans beings wr notice when we fall outside of some set norms. But also nobody truly assumes they are a narcissist, because nobody wants to be one (I think). Especially with the stigma around it.
