It's been a tough day today. Having your 9 year old tell you they don't want to live anymore shatters your heart a bit. After a long talk and an assessment with a therapist that shows he is a low risk, we got noodles and had a serious talk and a snuggle and he is now sleeping. Tomorrow is going to be a tricky day but we got this. He knows I have his back and we have a safety plan. Mental Illness is scary and ANYONE at ANY AGE can struggle.
