One of the new things I experienced in New Zealand is self-service gas refills. Unlike in the Philippines, where "kuya/ate" greet you and even clean your windows, here, you fill up on your own, and many stations have POS terminals at the pump for payment. Nakakamiss yung may kuya o ate pag mag papa-gas ka. But gas stations in the Philippines can hire staff because of low wages. Imagine the sacrifices they make for the pay. I hope someday PH will have fairer wages for everyone. BuhayNewZealand
