Bc you paid your premium but more than likely didn’t meet your deductible or out of pocket cost. Until you do that you will be responsible for the service especially if the provider is out of network

I need 4 teeth removed or get a root canal. My Medicaid will pay $300 of the $5,000 to cover the root canal. The $300 is the pay for the “build up” or the tooth but not the numbing, or the crowns to close off the tooth which is $1,200 PER TOOTH😵‍💫but they cover removing the teeth all together and partial dentures🫠sooo guess who’s getting dentures at 22 because I don’t have $4,700 to come out of pocket?😩that’s a whole used car bro

I learned my plan only covers $500 a year yet it costs me $500 a year for the plan. I literally went to the dentist and had to pay $1300. Smh. It’s a joke.
