There’s a big subdivision that’s being built up north in Marysville. Is it Seattle? No, but it’s close. Is it a liberal paradise? No, but it’s here in the PNW. Bonus, one of its big selling points is that it’s located very close to I5, and this is by design, so that anyone working in Seattle and dealing with a RTO mandate has quite access to their commute
