Working in the community in Cleveland, one of my clients needed medical care. Having experienced the disdain and dismissal of clients at ER's in the city. I took them to a tony suburb Urgent care. As we sat in the waiting room and the client spoke to me. I winessed a woman and her young son whispering and laughing as they looked our way. Others covered their faces wih their heads as theyblooked down at their laps. How dare we invade their corner of the world! why I advocate for clients
