If what you want to know is whether or not the patient might be pregnant, the question to ask is “any chance you migh be pregnant?” If the reason you need to know that is to know what to prescribe, the way to ask that is “before we start talking about treatment options, is there any chance you might be pregnant, or are you hoping to be pregnant in the near future?”

Same. People go to medical offices and ask for help, but then get mad when you try to help or ask necessary questions in order to get a well rounded picture. Google your own remedies then 😑
