I saw a female author post a hate comment that she got saying “no teenager asks for a book for Christmas”. I can’t remember who the author was but it’s stuck in my head as I try to find a Bride of Frankenstein hardcover that’s now sold out at Barnes and Noble. I mistakenly thought I’d just sneak back and get it as a gift. For my teenage girl. Who loved it! She feels an affinity to her after she got emergency brain surgery earlier 1/2
