The whole point of "no" lists like these is to encourage people from traveling to these places. I'm also curious about the pull of last-chance tourism or FOMO when people see these lists though. Do lists like this encourage you to travel to these places, or actively stay away? (For me, I avoid going unless there's a particular reason to go. For example, a friend of mine lives and works in Bali, and I'd like to visit her, so I'm thinking of going next year. Not bc of Bali but bc of her.)

Rome was uncomfortably busy in April, couldn’t get close to anything or get decent views and photos. Actually quite unpleasant. Next year is a big anniversary year so can only imagine how bad it’ll get 😬
