I think people are *seriously* misreading Taash in DragonAgeTheVeilguard . Perhaps with malicious intent, but maybe they're just dumb? Taash is clearly smart, but very young, and very immature, and grew up in a pretty rigid, secluded environment. They have some deep misunderstandings about themselves and the world around them, and the game is putting them on a journey of discovery and acceptance. Maybe this is less clear if Taash doesn't speak with a trans-Rook but I don't think so.
