I don't believe that there is 1 single magic remedy but I do believe that having a toolkit can be lifechanging. 1. Find a "menopause literate" practitioner. 2. Double down on your nutrition 3. Incorporate strength and resistance training into your exercise routine 4. Quality sleep-crucial. 5. Cut back or eliminate alcohol. 6. Explore horomone therapy with your practitioner. You can check out my website for resources. Good luck! Perimenopause can be chaotic but you CAN make changes to feel well.
