I'd say avoid Berghain, RSO, Kit Kat and Watergate if you don't wanna stand in line for ages and play the door lottery. Personally never had trouble at Tresor but there can be long lines too. The plus there: If you get rejected you can just try again at Ohm next door. Personally I like Humboldthain (especially Tuesdays) and About Blank, which are both very accessable. But best just check Resident Advisor and look what interests you and has less than 200 people interested for easy access.
