You realise men dont talk because they arent taken seriously or cared about

Imagine if men addressed women venting about not getting the help they need for mental health as "Salty Women" while also simultaneously encouraging them to seek help. Then to top it off in the midst of it telling them that it's not that hard. Living long enough to see yourself become the villian hunh?

Hey you are right here actually. Only logical women I've seen in threads recently. But see people don't care about men's feelings. Yea even most men won't listen to other man's problems and vice Versa. It's just how society is. Can't change this generation

I disagree, a lot of men are stigmatized for speaking out especially emotionally. It's sad that a lot of people just straight out saying these words without even knowing the full spectrum or even had the actual experience of being one of them

We talk about it and get told to “man up” and “get over it” There’s a HUGE stigma to mental health for men. My last three psychiatrists were awful “have you tried journaling?”

Men aren’t encouraged to talk about how they feel and they often get scrutinized for it. It’s not that easy for us

I talked about it to the women I loved with all my heart and she left me and it only got worse so I went and talked to my brothers and they understood and helped me through it all
