So far this year I’ve serviced 67 clients who are mostly Black Women (I have 2 Black males and 2 Hispanic clients). To date, I’ve have 466 appointments this year and I can’t tell you how proud I am of Black women for prioritizing their mental health and deciding to take their goals seriously. Today was a rough day for me following some not so good news, but one session turned that around as I’m reminded that I have so much to live for. 🥹😭❣️
