Last month I received another letter from Volkswagen that my vehicle had a recall. This is now the second recall and I do not feel safe because this recall could potentially kill me if I ever were in a car accident. I informed the dealership that I no longer wanted the vehicle since I do not feel safe and they said they will not take it back or accommodate me. My lease ends in May. What should I do? Is this legal?

I had $1700 left on my lease. I purchased my Lexus and traded it in with the VW. In hindsight, I should have just kept my SUV. I loved that vehicle, but that's what you can do.
