I remember back when I used to live in Pennsylvania as a kid. For Halloween, the state had different cities celebrate at different times and days, and the one I lived in had gotten assigned to middle of the day, several days before Halloween is traditionally celebrated. My father wasn’t having that, so he took me to a nearby city during Oct 31st for Trick or Treating. 1/7
