It was a lot more vibrant than I expected, and while this is just a singular anecdotal experience, I was shocked at how crazy nice everyone we encountered was to us. I'm accustomed to Minnesota nice (my home state), but this was next level. Also, they had this masterpiece hanging in the capitol. 🌽
