As per your last post, the doctors did what you wanted. They told you what’s going on. What did you expect bringing your child to A&E for a cough? There is cough medicine at the pharmacy and if your son is too young for those, maybe there’s a good reason for that.

We do not have a pediatric urgent care anywhere even reasonably close to us so this was our best option. It was a wet chest cough that had been going on for over 5 days and he's had 2 of these within a month. I know what's best for my child. My wife ALSO has medical trauma and is afraid of hospitals so she did amazing and has every right to be upset about the fact the wait was 4 hours. But she did amazing for sticking it out.
