Grab your tissues: I totally agree! So my mom was told to *not* have any more children (already had 2 girlies) because she would have an extremely high risk pregnancy. Well, my dad just wanted a boy and so they tried again—she died during childbirth bc the on call doctor refused to help her because she was Black and waited until it was too late—guess what: she didn’t have a boy 🙃 she had me—a whole ass girl! Now none of us have a mom and you still ain’t get a son 🙃
