The pearl clutching from Kdrama fans over The Trunk… this is Korean media. Not all Korean content is fluffy and chaste. A lot of it is not. Gong Yoo has previously done nudity and sex scenes. Not to mention Korean horror… movies like Thirst and Old Boy are fuxxed up. (Which is great for horror fans!) The Trunk was dark, emotional and twisted. Great performances. It might not be for everyone, but this is not some outlier drama.
