I lost my dad this week. It took my SIL *6 hours* and 5 different representatives at Telus to cancel his phone & internet. They kept passing her around and suggesting someone else take over his contract. Then they refused to allow her to get out of paying the $200 fee to cancel the contract. Someone finally did in the end, but COME ON. Is it too much to show a little compassion and humanity?
