I would rather this response where it sounds legit because "I" reached out to you to collab, than the messages I get from peocollaboration, reach out to me wanting to collaborate using their items and then asking me to pay...those sound like a scam! Just me?

It takes creativity, time, and effort to craft content, which definitely shouldn’t be done for free

If they’re an influencer they already put in the work. They’re willing to introduce your shop to their followers. If they’re a fashion girl then likely their followers have a similar style & that will result in an increase in sales! My orders and followers increase every time I do a collab and if they don’t I at least get cute photos/videos to post to my followers. I know there’s ppl that aren’t influencers that will try to collab for free but that’s different.

lol you should be paying someone to promote your product, it’s called marketing and people literally go to school for that. I would not write back either. Good luck

I love seeing the different perspectives and opinions. Whether it being gifted or there be a monetary exchange at the end of the day it must benefit both parties. If the business does not benefit then why would they agree on a collab right? It makes no sense. It’s a business. Note that a small business’ perspective is also different from a big corporation etc.
