I’d consider those to be extreme examples on the political spectrum. There’s a huge range between those examples and center and center left and many leftists fall within the spectrum without being extreme. I never stated left wing politics has never been tried. I said it hasn’t had a chance in politics, this is also primarily about Canada which has a history of right wing politics. This post isn’t about communism. Left wing politics covers a large range and is far less utilized across the globe.
