My training, skli p hiking, 2x jog treadmill, and 4kali joging 2weeks b4 mendaki..
Result: i started to cramp lps km3, tp smp juga laban rata at timeline biasa that is arnd 3-4pm..then mlm mkn ubat actifast untuk muscle n joint..
Syukur smp puncak tanpa ada cramp..spjg pendakian sy da mindset, sy mesti naik jg smp puncak coz sy x nak da naik tuk kali ke2…penatttttt sgt..
But then, bru sehari balik lepas pendakian, da start rindu dgn akinabalu😅😅
So tips sy: mental kuat plg utama, bru fizikal😅
