I did have this talk with him. I told him that hey I had to catch myself because I was doing some old patterns that didn’t work in the past. I told him that we as women see men’s potential and ride with that and when you don’t measure up to our expectations, we set ourselves up to be hurt. Because yes in the back of our minds we feel that what we have will change you. But also knowing in the back of my mind he wasn’t going to change and knew I had to find an exit plan.
