When are Black people going to talk about why Black restaurants (and those catering to a Black clientele) do automatic gratuity? Yall know why… but don’t want to say it. And before I get all the “🗣️My friends tip!!!”- YOUR friends do. It’s not about you and your friends — it’s about the large percentage who DONT tip or tip low. The “that’s not my job to pay them” folks. This is why… these restaurants add automatic gratuity 🤷🏽‍♀️
