Just had my 3rd daughter! I’m back to my pre pregnancy weight but none of my clothes fit like they did (like my pants don’t fit still). Our bodies change after birth, my hips are definitely wider and my skin stretchier. I will say this though, working out has helped me accept that - not because I’m back at my pre pregnancy weight but because it helps my mental health every time I choose to take care of my body & mind. And I’m able to accept my new body!! Even walking is a huge game changer.
