I'll say this over and over again, until I go purple in the face. It's a very complex topic with many layers, but neurodiversity is still not being overdiagnosed. We are just starting to catch up. What do you think? autismthreads

Ughhh i FEEEEL this. Late diagnosed adhd, currently waiting on results for autism evaluation, but the signs are all there. And something i constantly talk to my therapist about is how I feel like a faker or someone who is just seeking diagnoses. I have always been heavily high masking and the skill regression lately has been hitting me like a ton of bricks and this rhetoric around it is so frustrating. Like im already doubting myself constantly. And the judgement of others cuts like a knife.
