As food prices soar across Canada, doctors are seeing scurvy cases on the rise. If you're able to forage for wild edibles, the following plants are a great source of vitamin C:

Wild sorrel (high in oxalic acid so consume sparingly)

Dandelions
*Make sure your local conifers are edible & limit consumption to 3 cups weekly
