funny comment, but still even if it's not chrome, both edge and firefox, and most other browsers still utilize lots of ram to work. and the same goes for any other background task. or if you play modded minecraft. you need 16Gb most of the time. without any bloat on the system and no windows update you could use 8 gb, however why ram does not cost that much.
