The last couple of days while scrolling my timeline I've seen quite a few posts of people being down, either with depression, the winter blues, or SAD (Season Affective Disorder).The last couple of years I've done a mini series of healthy morning and evening habits to help you deal with this time of year, and I'm going to drop those habits over the next couple of weeks. Take what you need to help you stay present and focused this holiday season. And if you see a habit that helps, share it!
