You're not trauma dumping me. This term is so stupid and treated too lightly to brush off someone who chose to be vulnerable with us. I hate this term. I get that some people have some triggers, but you can just call the topic a trigger, not a "trauma dump". If you're sharing such info with me, I feel blessed, trusted - not bothered. Doesn't matter if we're good friends or strangers - I'll give you the space, I will listen, I will try to give reassurance. We are all humans, living similar lives.
