Just show up. Build it in to your schedule. Do exercises that you enjoy. Start off slow. Allow yourself to fall in love with the gym.

Look in mirrors at your muscles constantly, develop body dysmorphia, compare yourself in every mirror to the “you” that you see when you have a pump while lifting. Rinse & repeat. Worked for me…
