I tried to make a DIY ice cream for my kid and used whipping cream that’s not cream-based (not sure if that’s relevant 😅). Anyway, ganyang ganyan din. Kahit ilang araw na sa freezer, never syang tumigas at lumamig. Oo nagform sya pero di sya matigas. Parang chilled lang. At kahit iwan ko sa table ng ilang oras, di sya natunaw. 🤷🏻‍♀️
