It will be the fist time in 12 years not sitting at the table with my family for Thanksgiving. Instead some other dude will enjoy my family’s company. Don’t take what you have for granted. Life goes on and there is still so much to be thankful for. Oof! This is going to be a tough holiday season.

What if you were hosting Thanks Giving for your Parents, Siblings, Cousins at the house you live in, paid for, maintain? You're children have the right to TG with their father and extended family. You are obviously taking the high road for the kids and should be proud of that. Say they have the house at lunch for who ever and you have the house and kids for the evening, the ex can stay at her BF with his parents. Compromise its called.
