Someone said eating but do not go to Newton as it is a tourist trap. The food thetr is overpriced and tastes terrible. Honestly, any generic unknown hawker centre has better dishes than any of the hyped up ones.

It also depends on what you want to see. Are you an outdoorsy person or are museums your thing?

Don’t eat around the Marina Bay Sands area. Go google Hawker Centres! :) Newton is overpriced. East Coast Lagoon is slightly better, and it’s by the beach! Walk around Arab St, Chinatown, Geylang Market to appreciate the diff cultures. But most importantly, hydrate. SG can be hot and humid af. Enjoy and be safe!
