KETO Diet baby! Do it for 1 month only (don’t recommend this for long term), from there transition to a healthy balanced complex carb and protein diet, avoid simple / refined carbs and avoid sugary foods. Eat 30-40g of protein per meal if you’re an active person (moderate to high internsity 5-6x weekly). No more than 12g of fat per meal (1tbsp of olive oil =12g of fat)— avoid saturated fats, but do enjoy the avocados, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc!
