Those who don’t deserve help, will always ask for help and expect handouts. Those who truly deserve help, usually suffer in silence. They either make it out alive or being broken in million pieces. I came across too many freeloaders and people with extreme passivity that I decided my ‘help’ is actually making them worse. So I stopped ‘helping’. Not sure if I make any sense lol.
